Should the product you have purchased from Gocer E-Mart is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using our store credit. 

ALL PRODUCT SOLD WITH ESTIMATION WEIGHT (~), THERE WOULD BE NO DISPUTE AS THIS IS THE POLICY ADHERED FROM DAY ONE AND WE REQUEST CUSTOMERS TO ACKNOWLEDGE. THERE WOULD NOT BE ACCURATE WEIGHT AS THE ITEMS ARE ALL DIFFERENT SIZE AND SHAPES.

Gocer E-Mart reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

Items criteria that is valid for refund:

  • Damaged/Spoiled Items 
  • Missed Item from Packing List
  • Out Of Stock (Last Mile) 

Store Credit / Bank-In within 1-2 days(48 hours max)/ Banking- 14 workings days An immediate refund within short period of time will ensure our customers is satisfied. How does it work?

  • Any  cancellation of order should be done before the cut off time on the same day. (which is 3pm everyday).Orders after the cut off time would be not entitled for cancellation. 
  • Kindly select Credit method as its far more faster and customers can use it on the next purchase , to offset the balances or purchases.
  • Options of Refund is up to customers, but we encourage to have Store credit for item cost less than RM30 (refund is applicable for items which is informed within 1 hour of delivery) , WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY COMPLAINT AFTER 1 HOUR OF DELIVERY. We recommend all customers to check items and inform immediately if there is defect on item)
  • The store credit refund are entitled for those purchase RM30 and below in our emart, other request can be emailed to us for considerations. All credited amount can be checked via your account on our portal. Image shown below: 

  • Product which are send over are all inspected and checked before shipment , anything reported on the following day would not be entertained. Any report should be made immediately after delivery is done , inspection done by customers and send over to our support FB/Whatsapp/Email within the same day, we appreciate the gesture.
  • Our 100% Money Back Guarantee works on the items which is requested for refund only , not for the total product purchase.All items need to be captured in image for us to validate the refund returns.
